For the smooth functioning and enriching the standard and mental ability of the students of the school. The below given facilities have been provided. Students from the science and maths discipline can take the advantage of the laboratories for improving their abilities and keenness towards scientific thinking. The under mentioned basic amenities are provided in the school for inculcating a scientific bend and approach among students.

 1.      Science Laboratories: Honing the scientific acumens of the students, the school has 02 science laboratories for Physics, and Chemistry lab with fully scientific equipment’s. The laboratories have the adequate number of tube lights and Fans.

 2.     Computer Laboratory: The computer laboratory was being used by the school for the students as well as the Staff of DAV Korba to run the computer classes for the nearby students to assess them with the outer world with the help of the modern technology and make skillful in handling the gadgets. At present, there are 02 server, 20 thin clients, 02 standalone computers available in the school in computer Lab. The computers are connected with the use LAN (Local Area Network). Internet Facility is also available for students as well as staff.

3.      Library: The school’s library has number of Volumes, Books, magazines, periodicals and daily Newspapers in Hindi and English both on the various areas like science, maths, literature, sports , cultural, current affairs and information technology in the spacious school library. At present the school Library has 1610 Books

4.      Lavatory and Drainage System: The school has four toilets separately for boys and girls along with separate toilets for male and female staff with proper cleanliness and sanitation facilities provided with internal drainage system.

 5.     Safe Drinking Water: There are Four water coolers with inbuilt aqua guards installed in the school for quenching the thirsty of the students round the clock. Proper care and precautions methods are taken periodically for avoiding the impurities. Regular cleaning of the pipe line is done for uninterrupted supply of water in the school.

 6.     Health & Hygiene: For maintaining the health level of the students and to monitor it, SECL main Hospital conducts Annual Health check-up for students. The Hospitals also provides medical services to the students in case of any injuries during school hours. SECL organizes Health camps at frequent interval under the able guidance of efficient physicians and specialist indifferent fields of medical aids. Whenever the school requires the services of hospitals it caters willingly

 7.      School Play Ground: The school has good sports and games facilities like Badminton court, Volley Ball ground , table tennis etc. The school has trained Physical Education Teacher (PET). The activities which are being carried out throughout the year are mentioned in the activity list. The sports teachers are present all the time to provide the service during the school and after the school especially in the evening time to coach the interested students of the school in various sports and games. 

 8.      Music Room : The school has many musical instruments with a trained music teacher for guiding the students. Many performing arts are being taught to the students shown in activity list. As CBSE emphasizes a lot on music; the school is providing all the basic instruments to the students for turning them dexterous in this area. The aim of inculcating the musical aptitude is of paramount important in the students life.

9.      Transport Facilities:

The SECL projects and SECL Management provides transport facility for the school. Presently the project management is plying 04 buses which collect students from various pick-up points from SECL area. For this the students are charged a nominal fee by the SECL management.
